“Las Parralas\u201d, is a winery founded by Mercedes Su\u00e1rez, a oenologist with extensive experience in the world of wine and her sister, Beatriz Su\u00e1rez, the other head of the business and the person in charge of running its operation. In 2022 they started this project in order to launch a winery 5.0 , whose foundation include technology, sustainability and the usage of the biodiversity of the Candeleda area. The objectives; to generate a circular economy that feeds its surroundings and create quality products with maximum respect for the environment. Their resources; experience, knowledge, female empowerment, soul and passion.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The vineyards<\/p>\n

The vineyards are located on the southern slope of the \u201cSierra de Gredos\u201d, in the \u201cTi\u00e9tar\u201d Valley, an area with a privileged climate, sun, water, warm summers and mild winters. The vineyards are located in Candeleda and Cinco Villas, at an altitude of more than 700 meters above sea level. The grape varieties produced are Garnacha and Tempranillo.In the coming future it will be complemented with the traditional varieties of the area, which are Albillo Real, Bru\u00f1el and Puesta en Cruz, all of them grow on granite soil.<\/div>\n
